After a lifetime as a classical organist and musician Victor now operates as a freelance organist, organ recitalist, choral conductor and workshop leader. As Event Manager he curates and directs local festival events and concert series.

He is Organist and Director of Music at the Parish Church of S Nicolas, Pevensey in East Sussex.
